| I wonder if the birth-rate in september is higher than in other months. It's exactly 9 months after Christmas and New Years Eve, a time most people are drunken on any party they can find. And we all know, parties make drunken people and drunken people do things they regret. So well with children. It's just a guess^^

| Well,I suppose it's a good guess then.
I think I read somewhere that the number of children born in Sept. is 30% higher than in the other months.
I've also noticed that there are a lot of children born in March and April,so minus 9 months,here you have summer time,when people have a lot much fun then usual,in every sense of that word. | |

| I'm born in November and I'm a try out. My parents wanted to marry and wanted children and just thought "let's see if we get a child now" and well, my mum was pregnant at their wedding | |

| i dont think its really right made, that family who borns kid gets compensation. so usually this law is used by parents who are only a bit older than 20. and of course what happens with that child and if this money goes on this child, noone cares. but there is nothing to change. better not born at all, than born as not wanted. | |
