Serj Tankian in Eurovision

There are some gossips here in Armenia that Srej Tankian will present our country in Eurovision next year. That’s not a fact yet…but. So what do you think about it?
What about me…I will just hope that won’t happen. I mean that’ll be good and maybe Armenia will win, but that’s not Serjs place, he’s over that and I hope he’ll keep himself far from that.

Im not gonna discuss this any further coz it would be off topic... on topic: I dont think this will happen, its just a thought until now, jsut something Serj said during an interview...

I always thought that SOAD would be the best for eurovision. It's sad that the whole idea became a place for cheap pop-stars, so it's time we see good musicians there!
And Serj for Armenia, would be fucking awesome! So many ppl will finally see that such a state exists!

Yeah, I think Eurovision with Serj Tankian would be cool, but because of the arguments Brad gave.
Eurovision would enhance more prestige and it could show that it can also be serious and not only for children who like stupid pop songs à la Sirusho and No Angels(Germany).

People have been saying SoaD would reunite for that which i believe is highly unlikely, if anything i believe it's gonna be Serj.

Still I dont agree with all of you who say Serj changed, Serj is a cheap popstar, blah but I cant really see him in that show. neither him or SOAD together. They simply dont fit there, its hard to explain. *shrugs*

You believe Serj is classier than he really is. He would not be raising the bar, he would be sinking down to their level. It's as simple as that.

Well now I'm really confused....because yesterday one of my friends told me she watched an interview with Serj where he said he'll never go to eurovision...
