| Dammit Steven, you really got me into them now. But yeah, they're really cool and very different from anything else i have ever listened to. | I can't believe I didn't notice this topic. Anyway, I'm glad I go you into them. Both Trey Spruance and Mike Patton are fucking great, especially when they work together. And, I can't forget my boy Trevor Dunn, one of my favorite bassists. | |

| I have ceased to find a song that didn't amaze me. Even their demos are amazing. | |

| Yes, I agree. I'd probably rank the albums (full studio albums, none of the demo sessions) from (most) favorite to ... favorite: Disco Volante, California, Mr. Bungle. | |

| I think DV was the most "experimental" album, and I know not many people like it as much as the other two, but it was the first one of theirs I got and some of those songs are amazing. I think they're one of the few bands that didn't get progressively worse as their sound evolved, i.e. most people prefer California over the other albums, and that was their last one. | |

| There's something on this site about a song called "Backstrokin'". It's not the same one that's on Disco Volante though it says it is. It sounds like them but i have no other reference to find out if it is or not. Verification please?

Scroll down a few and it's there, there's also the same song by someone else but this is a cover which sort of sounds like Mr.Bungle but i'm confused. | |

| Yeah, I'm about 99% sure that it's not them. I have no sources other than my own ears & knowledge about their music, but... yeah. | |

| I'm trying to collect everything, what am i missing? I know i'm missing live covers which i am requesting in good quality and i'm skeptical on something i've seen. My List: 1986 The Raging Wrath of the Easter Bunny 1987 Bowel of Chiley 1988 Goddammit I Love America 1989 OU818 1991 Mr. Bungle (self-titled album) 1995 Disco Volante 1999 California Live Songs: El Raat Tomar Amar Begine the Beguine I know i'm missing quite a few of the live songs, i request the rest if possible. And i've seen something about the 1985 Eureka High School Talent Show which consists of the first four tracks being unnamed then King of Rock, Macho Man, The Monkees. Is this a true recording or fake? | |
