| Google Chrome is the new web browser released by google. More information: http://www.google.com/googlebooks/chrome/index.html I just downloaded this moments ago and i'm using it as we speak. It loads pages instantly and it doesn't crash the whole browser if one page freezes. It looks nice and is an all around good product. I strongly reccommend it over firefox. This is just the beta version so it will improve! There's only a few errors being with text failing to load if you're typing a response or something on a forum (i'm noticing it now). That's the only bad thing at the moment. Download: http://www.google.com/chrome | |

| ^^Yep.
But it takes a while to load the first page of the site you go to if it's a new site, but after it loads it once, it's instant.

| Yeah it's having a lot of bugs, i still like it and i'll use it a bit longer. I find it cool that you can adjust sizes of text boxes and pop ups are blocked to the bottom of the page. | |

| Well, Opera also blocks pop-ups very well. Since I use Opera I can open soadfans.com without getting pissed after two seconds.
I saw google chrome yetserday in the News. It still has a huge problem with security holes, so better don't do your online banking and shopping with it. And they're also not sure what Google will do with your information. Google Chrome collects information about you every time (like IE) and sends it to it's Master. As I said, I gonna wait. Maybe in 6 months the browser is really good.

| It looks like it's geared more towards web developers rather than the general populace. I'm gonna stick with Opera and Firefox for now. It takes time for me to adjust to a new browser, and so far, aesthetically, Chrome doesn't cut it. Are there even any plug-ins yet? | |

| I just went back to firefox and i like it better for it's plug-ins which chrome doesn't support yet. Chrome is faster but firefox still is better with plug-ins. If speed is what you want, go chrome, if efficiency is what you want, go firefox. | |

| Umm Firefox isn't really working for me lately..something crashed and I just can restart it xD Tried uninstalling it,and again downloading it,but no,not working. For my needs,Google Chrome is quite good, have been using it since the new Beta version came out and I'm pretty satisfied ^^ | |
