As you all know, Scars on Broadway and Serj Tankian could be nominees for MTV's VMA award for best new artist (not that anyone cares who wins that shit, I don't even think it secures bragging rights or credibility).

I decided to finish off my voting with an estimated count of 3,050 (3,000 for Empty Walls and 50 for Sky is Over) - estimated due to the fact that I only counted the clicks in which the "thanks for voting" box popped up AS WELL as the blue background and not just the blue background.

Well, wow. Sometimes all this popper and hopper just need someone like you. Not that anyone of us cares if Serj wins a music award, especially of MTV and especially Serj doesn't care, but to see him winning instead of ANYONE else (well, Scars^^) would make me indeed happy.

At least we know if he wins he has a new thing he can use for keeping letters on the desk, making sure the shelf doesn't wobble or he could use it to prevent the door from shutting. I always n sure awards are a more practical idea...

I know perfectly well that neither Serj nor MTV/the average MTV viewer would care if he won - like you said, it would just be great if he could beat everyone. Haha.

The nominees are all what I expected: The lesbian, the bitch, the random girl, the country wannabe, and the gay Germans (no offense, Schnibbel and Brad - TOKIO HOTEL IS NOT BETTER THAN SERJ. )

Thats dissapointing to see that he didnt get a nomination, im sure that award would'be made a great paperweight.

Tokio Hotel is the only decent one.

There's still hope, but I doubt he'll make it up against all the other "popular" "rock" "bands."
