Yes, he will record his own armenian-folk album in Serj's studio and publish it under serjical strike as far as I know. Serj said it somewhere.

well, Daron's father made money and gained popularity on SOAD, Serj's father does that on Serj. thats how i see it. silly...

Mmh, I guess it's just, that Serj likes what his father does and wants others to be able to hear it (he can't invite the whole world to his parent's house to be able to listen to his father's music. And Serj has the possibility to publish that record, I bet nobody cares how much copies they will sell. Otherwise it'd be advertised everywhere.
So, they're commerce, of course they're, but not that way^^

Vartan is great painter, but be honest, he was nothing before his son didnt make from him what he is now.
i think Serj just grows his popularity. maybe his father even doesnt want to make a record.

well, when you have so much money and popularity, no matter are you Britney Spears or Serj Tankian, you need more. and you can see it from Serj. he becomes so. so i wont be surprised if it would be like that. but this is just what i think... and no need to make theories from that now.
