Dear Ushi...in armenian it is "Sardarapat" not "Sartarapat" it means the wall (pat) of Sardar, on the years of genocide turkish soldiers were trying to attack Sardarapat,but they couldn't ,armenians protected themselves very good

no,not eastern or western armenian,both eastern an western armenians Call it Sardarapat,both call Daron "Taron", the whole problem is there is a difference between armenian and english spellings of armenian words.for example i can easily understand Serj's armenian
